Because most home purchases occur during the summertime, most service calls are made during this season as well. Unfortunately, owners of newly purchased home discover plumbing issues that need to be addressed after they move in. Whether you are a future home purchaser or current homeowner, you can take a few steps to prevent those unexpected plumbing crises.

  • Check for leaks in your bathroom. This includes examining the base of your toilet for water or damaged flooring and checking for loose tiles around your bathtub.
  • Check the water pipes that supply your bathroom and kitchen faucets. Low water pressure could be a sign that mineral deposits are clogging your pipes.
